REFUND POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY
- ITEMS PURCHASED CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ON THE 11TH DAY NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE PERMITTED.
- ITEMS PURCHASED MUST BE DELIVERED AND ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER OR PICKED UP FROM WAREHOUSE/SHOWROOM WITHIN 14 DAYS OR A STOARGAE FEE WILL BE CHARGED $50.00/A DAY.
- ON THE 20TH DAY A FORFEITURE LETTER WILL BE SENT CERTIFIED MAIL TO THE CUSTOMER. AFTER 30 DAYS ALL PUCHASED ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED BY THE CUSTOMER.
- DELIVERY OF ITEMS: WHEN LUXE LUX, LLC SCHEDULES DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEMS, THE DELIVERY IS SCHEDULED WITH A THIRD PARTY VENDOR NOT AFFILIATED WITH LUXE, LUX, LLC. LUXE LUXE, LLC. IS HELD HARMLESS AGAINST ANY CLAIMS AGAINST THE DELIVERY SERVICE, THIS DELIVERY SERVICE WILL BE NOTED ON YOUR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION WITH DETAILS OF, COMPANY NAME, COMPANY CONTACT & PHONE NUMBER. DELIVERY CHARGE LISTED ON YOUR SALES RECIEPT COVERES DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS LISTED ON SALES RECIEPT TO THE SPECIFIED ADDRESS LISTED AND IS FOR DELIVERY ONLY,NO UNPACKING, SETUP, OR ARRANGING OR MOVING OF EXISTING FURNITURE ,OR REMOVAL OF EXISTING FURNITURE.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY & INSTALLATION CHARGES:
- Customer agrees to additional charges for evenings and weekend and installation.
- Customer agrees to additional charges for expedited delivery and installation requests.
- Customer agrees to additional charges for product protection or covering after installation.
- Customer agrees to additional charges if staging of product occurs and product must be moved or handled a second time.
- Customer agrees to additional charges (As Determined) where delivery or installation could not be completed due to building related issues.
